Spätkauf Kunstaktion will take place for the third time in august 2012. Three months left to meet spätis owners, select artists and bands, trying to find money to make it possible. As you may know (or not) S.K.A. is a three people project. Carolina Cruz (the voice and the face) makes the link between spätis, artists and us. Antonio Rilling (the brain) hunts for money … and myself, Guillaume Kashima (the hands) who make posters and communicate to you through the interweb. But as the festival gets bigger, it’s always nice to be given help !
• Blog moderators, journalists, please contact us and help the festival to have the voice it deserve.
• Companies, brands and billionaires, we need your support ! Contact us and let’s see how we can collaborate.
• Spätis owners, maybe we didn’t come to you yet, so leave us a message and let’s drink a soda together ! (you invite of course)
• Bands, performers, weirdos … You are the beating heart of the festival. Send us your tapes or VHS.
and of course, Kunstlers … Spätkauf Kunstaktion is about bringing art to the streets. We want EVERY spätis of our neighbourhood to be pimped. Send us images, tag us in your work and be part of the coolest event of the summer ! (in my opinion of course)

STEFANIE BOKELOH (known as Bee) studied animation in sweden and likes humorous situations in every day live which are inspiring her work. She likes simplicity paired with esprit and when her pictures start to move.
Marie was born in France. Later in life, people started calling her GRIBOUILLE and she liked it. She draws less than she cooks, but it used to be the other way around. She currently lives in Brussels, Belgium, but you will find her cooking and drawing in other places too.
KARIMI PARASTU is a german illustrator who lives and works in Berlin. Her work goes from Comics, to illustration and sometimes street art. Recently, she started to give art-workshop for children … and she’s searching an editor for her nxt Comic too!
SVEN OSTERMANN is the benjamin of the festival. He has just graduated from design school an finished his apprenticeship. His works are inspired by media, typography, humans, animals and nature. He will debut in SKA 2011, but if it doesn’t work out, he would consider becoming a butcher.
FLO is a freelance illustrator and graphic designer. He studied in the Ruhr area(Germany’s rust belt) and came to Berlin 4 years ago. He likes to work in different media -web, editorial, murals and shares a studio in Kreuzberg with a bunch of nice people.
Sebastian Dittmann, better known as C.L.I.T., is an in east germany born illustrator & graphic designer. Some say he is a chronical daydreamer, around the clock rotating addict to all kind of colors, forms and shapes. Ok, they are right. Since some years he is living & working in Neukölln.
RIKE ROTHE is an animator and illustrator based in Berlin. Rike’s work is ruled by the characters she creates. Animation as a medium allows her to let them move and tell their own stories. Currently Rike is working on a new shortfilmproject.
BART SPARNAAIJ is a Dutch illustrator who moved to Berlin for love and adventure. His works are a stylistic mix, but always based on good old fashioned drawing. He loves comics, pulp culture, rock ‘n’ roll and his parrot.
